GENERAL
All orders accepted by Halo Appliances Ltd. are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.
All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.
PRICES
The price listed on the website is correct at the time of purchase, this value will be charged when your order is placed. In placing an order, you agree to pay the amount listed on the website at that time.
All products are subject to availability: should the selected product not be available at the time of order, an equivalent alternative will be sent in its place and you will be informed of this in advance via email.
Halo offer coupon codes from time to time. Coupon codes will only be honoured at time of purchase and cannot be recognised retrospectively.
DELIVERY
Mainland UK destinations – Orders will be dispatched by our customer services provider with delivery times advised at the time of purchase. Also included in this service are the Highlands and Isles of Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made in writing within two days of the stated delivery date. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by a valid credit or debit card and is cleared online using a secure server.

We reserve the right to refuse any card transactions.
PRE-ORDERS
When offering items for Pre-order Halo will clearly state when payment will be taken and the estimated date of delivery. Halo will provide updates in the run up to the delivery date
You reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before delivery and within 30 days thereafter according to our returns policy
RETURNS
We want you to be delighted with every Halo product. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.
We accept the return of items only if they in their original condition and packaging. We acknowledge light use is required for the customer to fully evaluate their purchase but heavy use or abuse may result in charges being made to return goods to their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
It can take a few days for returns to arrive back with Halo and to be checked in to our Warehouse. Payment providers can also take 5-7 days to return funds to you even after we have action the refund. Please allow 14 days for the complete refund process.
Please Note: Any returned item(s) from a Special Offers/Bundled purchase will ONLY be refunded to the full amount – (minus) the discount obtained when taking advantage of the Special Offers/Bundled discount.
Once a refund is processed, we can only issue it to your original form of payment. We are unable to re-issue funds to a different card, account, or payment method.
If you used a card that was cancelled, lost, or expired, please contact your bank to inform them of the incoming refund. Your bank should be able to reroute the payment to your new card, a different banking account, or mail a physical check to you. If you paid with a prepaid card, most banks will either process your refund to the original card or provide a replacement.
CHANGES IN DESIGN AND SPECIFICATION
Halo Appliances reserves the right to change or modify the design, colour and construction of any product in order to incorporate improvements or substitute material equal or superior to that originally specified and to do so without prior notice.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
You can always return items if they are defective.
Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective or are within the 30 day 100% money-back guarantee refund period.
Please see “Returning an item” below for details of how to return defective items to us. Halo has the right to request any defective items to be returned at the company’s expense for review and repair under the 2 year warranty period. Should the item be un-repairable, Halo Appliances Ltd has the right to replace the item free of charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All rechargeable batteries are however consumable components that become less effective as they get older – and their age isn’t determined only by time. A battery’s lifespan depends on its chemical age, which is affected by factors such as its temperature history, use and charging pattern. A reduction in working life over time is considered normal and common to all rechargeable batteries. It is therefore not consider a defect.
WARRANTY
Warranty is only valid in the country of purchase and requires a valid proof of purchase.
RETURNS DELIVERY CHARGES
In the first instance please contact our help team hello@capsuleclean.co.uk where we will do our best to arrange your return at our expense.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in. For all other circumstances, you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
RETURNING AN ITEM

If this is not possible please wrap the package securely and send to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original packaging. Please include your name and order number on a conspicuous piece of paper inside the top of the package. Returns address:

For your security, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
CANCELLING AN ITEM
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within fourteen working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. To cancel this contract, please phone one of our customer service team on hello@capsuleclean.co.uk or 0800 880 7272. Received orders may only be cancelled if the goods are returned unopened and in their original condition.
