Halo Hotspot offers the best heated wet cleaning for messes, stains and spills, dissolving scrubbing and sucking up the dirt.
How does Hotspot work?
Hotspot has a clean water tank which allows a mixture of heated water and detergent to be sprayed on spots and stains, cleaning and softening them. The 1.75 metre hose can then be used to suck up spills and water. Dirty water can then be tipped away directly from the dirty water tank. The hose has a self-cleaning feature that allows it to be purged of dirt and debris after use. If desired, all elements of the Hotpot can then be disassembled for thorough cleaning.
Why does Hotspot have heated water?
Conventional spot washers use cold or, at best, warm tap water. Hotspot has an in-line heater than can be used to create 60C water where you really need it: to really shift stains. You wouldn’t wash in a cold bath so why clean stains and spills with cold water?
Hotspot also has a steam function so you can hygienically clean surfaces and kill bacteria. Ideal for pet messes. And because our heater is inline with the internal water pipes there is no waiting around for the steam pressure to build.
Why is Hotspot corded?
When Halo explored Spot Washers we realised that cordless washers had a flaw – spills and messes need immediate attention. Low charge or flat batteries can get in the way of that.
So Halo chose to be corded. That also means that for the short time a spot washer runs we can maximise the power used. Hot Spot is 1700 watts in total, 500 Watts of high efficiency suction motor to clean up spills plus a 1200 Watts in line heater for rapid hot water and steam creation.
