• Every Capsule is sold with a 2 year warranty. Beyond this period the Capsule Refresh is like the 100,000 mile service for your vacuum, ensuring continued peak performance.
• Your Capsule Main Unit is shipped back to Halo where:
  • a new battery is fitted
  • all filters are replaced
  • software updated to the latest version
  • your Capsule is cleaned and serviced before being returned
• Removed batteries are recycled
• Price includes collection and delivery from any UK address
• Please allow 5 working days for this service

Please Note: for Capsule Vacuums still inside their standard 2 year warranty this service is not required.
